Remodeled master bathroom in 2 bedroom / 2 bath townhouse. Shower stall had some leak damage which was repaired. Installed new shower pan, shower surround, vanity, toilet and medicine cabinet, as well as all new fixtures. Installed whisper quiet fan for ventilation.
Petaluma House – Repairing Fire Damage
This is a single family residence that was damaged in a fire from a faulty appliance. Much of the house was smoke damaged, while the direct fire damage was contained in the front rooms of the house. In addition to repairing the fire damage, the house was brought up to code.
